Restaurant 1838 at Seven Falls

At the banks of Seven Falls, you’ll find Restaurant 1858, which takes its name from the Gold Rush era and its famous motto, ‘Pikes Peak or Bust.’ The place has a lot of rustic charm, with reclaimed wood, mining inspired light fixtures, and gold rush art. A culinary melting pot, the variety of German, French, and Creole dishes are inspired by the immigrants who traveled west to seek their fortunes. Dine inside or al fresco near the thundering water of the falls. Want to enjoy something while you explore? Grab a grilled cheese and homemade tomato soup from our 1858 Food Truck.
