Barr Camp is similar to the European-style Alpine huts; it is a base camp for those climbing Pikes Peak as well as a great place to stay for a few days of exploring the National Forest. The picture above shows a group of Dads and kids who enjoyed the camp for a weekend in mid-May of 2005. The case in the front is Dr. Joe's magic valise.
